Okay here’s me using the Ultra Strobe Balm in Euphoria by Makeup Revolution as a highlight intensifier. I’m not really interested in Skin Fetish even though it looks beautiful, I just think it would be wasted on me.
On the very bottom I swatched the balm, and then I swatched my Dior Glowing Garden Illuminators by itself and on top of the balm. They apply super fine and pretty sheer by themselves and on top of the balm they look like intense shimmer eyeshadow.
